- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preparation of the mushrooms:
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices or chunks, according to your preference.
2. Sauté the vegetables:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until golden brown and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
3. Cook the mushrooms:
Add the chopped mushrooms to the pot and cook until tender and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
4. Prepare the cream:
