Champinter, a very supportive cooperative

Over the years, the Champinter Cooperative Society has collaborated with numerous charitable events and actions of all kinds: cultural, sporting, social, gastronomic or festive, mainly held in the Castilian-La Manchuela region of La Manchuela.

It has collaborated with many of them since its beginnings, a good example of the cooperative’s solidarity-based nature, which donates its products for many events and competitions, and also makes financial contributions to associations, organisations, clubs… in its field.

The main objective is to promote the development of activities in the municipalities of Albacete and Cuenca in La Manchuela, especially those related to charitable purposes.

Thus, Champinter collaborates regularly with the Spanish Association Against Cancer; the Food Bank of Albacete; Caritas Albacete; APACEAL (Association of Parents of Cerebral Palsy in Albacete) and with the media that promote them: Cadena SER; esRadio; COPE…

Support for sporting events is another of the cooperative’s commitments, and it collaborates with popular races, mountain bike races, fishing, etc.

In the cultural, leisure and gastronomic section, the support and collaboration with film clubs, traditional and popular festivals, gastronomic exhibitions and competitions with the mushroom as the protagonist, painting competitions, planting of trees of autochthonous species and cultural programmes of local councils stand out.

In short, dozens of acts and events in which Champinter collaborates throughout the year with product or economic donations in favour of the socio-economic, cultural and sporting fabric of La Manchuela.
